MY STORYI became a realtor because of what real estate did to my own family.
Fifteen years in The Preserve. Here’s why I do this the opposite way.
It started with my parents.
Years ago, I watched my own parents sit across from an agent who pushed them into more house than they could really afford. There was urgency that wasn't real, pressure to decide fast, and not a lot of honesty about what it would actually cost them month to month.
They signed. And then I watched the stress of that decision follow them home and stay there.
That's the moment this all comes from. I decided that if I ever did this job, I would do it the exact opposite way.
So I built the opposite.
No rushing. No fake urgency. No pushing you toward a number that keeps you up at night.
Before you buy anything, I break down the real cost of owning the home, all of it, so there are no surprises after you've signed. I'll walk you through the market honestly, even the parts that don't help me make a sale. And if I think a home is wrong for you, I'll tell you, even if it costs me the deal.
Your pace. Your decisions. I'm just the person making sure you have the full picture before you make them.
Why I started with The Preserve.
I've lived in The Preserve for fifteen years. My mom works at the school here. I walk these streets every day, I push my own daughter's stroller through the parks, and there's a good chance you'll spot me at Fortinos on a Saturday.
I'm not an agent who drives in, puts up a sign, and leaves. I live two minutes away. Most agents try to cover the entire GTA, Hamilton and Waterloo included, and end up knowing none of it well. I went the other way and chose to know one neighbourhood better than anyone.
The Preserve is my home base and where I go deepest. But I help families across all of Oakville, and I'm always glad to help wherever you're headed.
Before real estate.
Before this, I spent about eight years in tech and the automotive world, working with some of the biggest brands out there. And I saw how sales really worked behind the curtain.
It was all numbers. Quotas to hit, targets to chase, people reduced to a deal that had to close by the end of the month. The person in front of you wasn't a person, they were a number that moved you up a leaderboard. Push hard, close fast, move on to the next one. I watched it every day, and I hated it.
So when I got into real estate, the biggest and most personal purchase most people ever make, I promised myself I'd do the complete opposite. You're not a number to me. There's no quota with your name on it. There's just you, your family, and a decision I want you to feel good about for years.
